1. Who we are

EverWealth Collective LLC (“EverWealth”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides portfolio intelligence and automation tooling. We act as the data controller when you use everwealth.app or our mobile applications.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, authentication factors, organization metadata.
  • Portfolio artifacts: holdings, transactions, cash balances, strategy parameters, notes, uploads.
  • Connected institutions: tokens or identifiers supplied by brokerages, custodians, or data aggregators (we never store your brokerage passwords).
  • Usage & telemetry: device identifiers, IP address, browser information, API logs, error traces, and feature usage analytics.

3. How we use data

We process personal data to provide, secure, and improve the Service. This includes:

  • Rendering dashboards, strategies, and analytics tailored to you
  • Syncing holdings from trusted integrations and APIs
  • Sending service announcements, alerts, and onboarding guidance
  • Monitoring reliability, fraud, and abuse
  • Complying with legal obligations (tax, accounting, law enforcement requests)

Where required by law we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation as our legal bases under GDPR and analogous frameworks.

4. Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with vetted vendors who help us operate the Service (cloud infrastructure, analytics, authentication, customer support, and market data). A current list of subprocessors is available upon request. Vendors are bound by confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this policy.

5. International transfers

EverWealth is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our vendors operate. We rely on contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/UK data transfers.

6. Data retention

We retain account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion through in-product settings or by contacting privacy@everwealth.app. We may retain certain logs for legitimate business purposes such as security investigations or legal compliance.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data, as well as object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights via account settings or by emailing privacy@everwealth.app. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.

8. Security

We enforce least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular penetration testing. No system is perfect—please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@everwealth.app and we will respond promptly.
